In this workshop, we will break down the subtle muscle actions for all of our warrior postures - Warrior 1, 2 and 3, so that we can understand, based on our skeletal and muscular structure, how the bones should align and how all the little pieces of muscle work together to allow for most aligned postures so the breath can flow freely and effortlessly. As a result, we are kept safer no matter how slowly or quickly we are moving through practice.
