- » All classes are on a drop-in basis, meaning it is not required that you sign up or register in advance to attend class. Simply come to the studio for your desired class time.

What To Wear/what to bring
» Recommended attire is a t-shirt/tank and shorts/leggings without feet. Baggy sweats are not recommended. We have restrooms and a place to change.
» For sanitary reasons and the quality of class experience, we recommend that you bring your own mat, however, we do have mats that can be used. Towels are also available.
Eating/Drinking
» We suggest that you do not eat for 2-3 hours prior to class.
» Due to environmental sensitivities, we respectfully request that you do not wear scented products.
