The classes are listed on the page from beginner to intermediate/advanced.

So that you may try our various classes and teachers without being committed to a punch card, we offer our new students a 30 day trial pass. For 30 days, enjoy all the yoga you'd like for only $30! You may purchase the pass online and the 30 days will commence upon your first visit to the studio (not from date of purchase). Please keep in mind, if you are interested in the 30-day special, you must either purchase it online prior to your very first visit OR you must purchase it at the studio when you come to your first class. The special is only available for brand new students so if you've attended one or more classes already, you would not be eligible. All classes are on a drop-in basis, meaning it is not required that you sign up or register in advance to attend class. Simply come to the studio for your desired class time. Just east of the railroad tracks and the Post Office. White building on the north side of Haslett Road across from the Invisible Fence and the barber shop. Parking is available on the street or in the lot just east of our building, north side of Haslett Road. Do not park in the lot next to the dentist office (green house on the south side of Haslett Road behind the barber shop) -- you will be towed.

old town lansing STUDIOs

In Old Town we occupy two spaces that share one common entrance at the rear of the building. We are between Washington St and Turner St on the south side of Grand River. Parking is available on the street (Grand River) or we have limited parking behind and to the east side of our building. Please enter in the rear and check in at the desk prior to attending class at either studio.
